The owner presents himself as down-to-earth and very skilled and knowledgeable. We hired him to remodel our mobile home. Gave him a $1,000.00 downpayment to get started and never saw him again. Once you put money into his hands he does not fulfill his obligations. He stops working, makes excuses for not showing up, works for 1 hour then leaves, will not answer the phone, will not return calls, or respond to text messages. Do not hire. You will be left with no work done and he will run off with your money.
