Marcel called immediately after my request went in. We made an appointment for service that day. He came and fixed to problem to get my heating system running again. I will need a new unit in the near future and and very happy with his service and plan to have him install the new unit. A+

Marcel from Blue Air called me right after I placed my request and came to my house a few hours later. It was 95 degree outside and probably 150 degree in the attic. Marcel climbed to the attic and inspected the A/C. He remoed the blower and tried to installed a universal one. Unfortunately the universal one does not fit. It was already late in the date so he left to get a new blower. Marcel came back next day and replaced the blower. That week was the last week in NJ when it was over 95 degree. The charge was very reasonable and I highly recommend him for your A/C services.

Marcel was very courteous and professional. He arrived promptly, on time gave me a very reasonable estimate. I compared his estimate with several other contractors and his quote was one of the best. As regards the installation, he seems to have done a good job, although its a little early to tell. There was a minor problem the day after the installation, I sent Marcel an email in the night and next morning, he was there at 8 am, fixed the problem in five minutes. Overall, I am very happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone considering to hire him.

I called Marcel because I needed an immediate estimate for replacing our central air and furnace. He arrived promptly at 7am the following morning, made some initial reparis to get the system going again. He deducted the cost of these repairs when I chose him to put in a totally new HVAC system. He was a very well mannered and curteous man, who worked efficiently and cleanly; taking care to cover our floors to prevent any dirt from soiling our carpets. He completed all work in 2 days and we are very comfortable today in spite of the 97 degree weather here in central NJ.

We found Blue Air to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. Marcel was prompt, extremely helpful and accommodating. We have already recommended this service to our daughter, and will continue to use Blue Air for our AC and heating needs. Very highly recommended!
