I hired Blue Bear Heating & Cooling for my AC not cooling off. It turned out my AC was the original AC when my home was built back in 2004 so it had run it's course. Jake came to my home the next morning after calling him. He tested everything for me. I made the decision to get a new AC Unit after asking several questions. Financing was very easy & fast. I was approved on the spot. Jack came a week later & even brought his teen daughter; which I enjoyed watching them work side by side. I wish more parents could teach their kid's a skill & keep them out of trouble for the summer. Jack was very thorough with his work & explained everything to me. He had a lot to do from the basement to the outside. He gave me freon for my old AC to keep me cool & ever offered to bring over a portable AC Unit till the following week so my kid's and I wouldn't be hot since the AC was leaking freon. Thank God the weather cooled off but it was great for him offering to help me. He left no mess outside nor inside the house. I recommend him to anyone having problems. He's a very nice young man.

Jake did an awesome job servicing and cleaning my furnace and air conditioner. He is a very nice young man and he knows what he’s doing. He explained everything and showed me pictures of what he did. I definitely will use him again.
