Blue Bear had done quality work for us in the past. Today we had standard AC maintenance that we waited for since May and had to reschedule. So yeah we had to turn the AC on well before the appointment. It'd been running fine. Turn it on within 30-45 mins down to the desired temp. Then Blue Bears tech Justin showed up. Tonight we turned it on around 8:30pm. By 9:45 it had only gone down 1 degree. Over 500 bucks for "maintenance" and I can't effectively use my air conditioning. Glad to see they've gone from honest, reliable work to outright scamming. Break it so I have to pay again to "fix" it. Called customer service and was told someone will call "once available". See ya in 6 months I guess. Never again

I called and they got back to me right away. Their work was great and they cleaned up beautifully when they were done. They were very careful and conscientious in my home as well.
