First off I have always had amazing experiences with blue best. When the technician got here he was polite, he layed out his plan and put me at ease about a few question I had. He gave me tips to save me money when I asked about some unrelated issues. He was quick and thorough. Outstanding job to Carson and Blue Best.

We met with Blue Best late in 2024 to discuss our concern with air temps in our living room and kitchen, which have high ceilings & southern exposure and are hot in summer. We were very clear about our concern, and the salesperson spent hours assessing our home and assured us his proposed system would solve the problem. We accepted the ~$14,000 bid to install a heat pump solution based on that assurance. By summer 2025, the living room and kitchen were still too hot on most sunny days. Despite many service visits the issue was never resolved. Blue Best ultimately stated the system was operating as designed and implied the problem was with our home, not their installation.  In our opinion, Blue Best is only good at selling a solution. Blue Best has declined to remove the system or refund our payment, instead relying on fine print in the contract.  We are now pursuing legal options. We have since spent ~$12,000 on a mini-split system from another contractor, which works as intended.

Great team came to my home and went above and beyond. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Their quote for a high-efficiency furnace and heat pump combo from Daikin/Amana (what I was after) turned out to be better than the other two quotes I got for similar systems. Marty was friendly and seemed to answer most of my questions. The only issue was that even though I asked if I needed an extra part (a condensate pump) that the other companies had quotes I was told my system would be super smart and had sensors to handle the condensate. I didn?t press him but after install I asked the techs about the need for a condensate pump. They said it should have been added and I should get one to prevent damage to my cast iron drains. Unfortunately Blue Best has been pretty bad about responding to this and now wants $300 to install this part that they obviously missed during regular quoting and install ? a part that?s about $50. TL;DR: Competitive bid, friendly and professional staff, but won?t own that they dismissed my concerns and forgot to quote for or install an essential part.

Effortless! Blue Best took care of everything for me so I barely had to lift a finger.

The work that Blue Best was exceptional. Great communication from the front office and with the service team. They replaced my entire upstairs system with an energy efficient system and did an exceptional job. Semisi and Bryan were the technicians who performed the work. Their attention to detail was beyond expectation. They were truly artists with their work. The piping, electrical and venting lines were straight and neatly organized. They were great at communicating every step of the way during the process. I will definitely use Blue Best with my main system needs to be replaced in the future.

Wow what a disappointment. I did my fall maintenance check and was told that everything was stellar for my heat pump. Two days later ,it didn't work at all. What was missed it was that I had a hole in the coil which allowed all the freon to escape. It was losing that even as my technician told me it was wonderful. I waited over a month to get my needs met and finally went to a different company that which was wonderful- well informed, professional which wasn't what I experienced with Blue Best. I have been happy with my experiences up until now. I don't know what happened but it just kept getting worse and worse with follow-through and confusion on their part. I love that I saved so much money going to a different company as well as have it fixed and working within several days of my asking to have it done. What a difference.

Tolbert that came in installed was great. The guy that came and gave me the bed was also phenomenal and the lady setting up the appointment for anybody.

Blue best replaced a new furnace and condensing unit from a 34 year-old Raheem classic IV(4) to a Lennox high-efficiency heat pump condensing unit and furnace. Our salesman with Marty, who took time to compare The different options best suited for our house. Marty was very Knowledgeable, professional and personable. Our installer, Benjamin and his assistant Nick worked straight through until the job was completed. The final inspection was fast and easy due to the fact that Benjamin and Nick knew what they were doing, they were professional and worked continuously.
