Blue Chip Construction did some interior and exterior carpentry for my home. Philip also built a large shed and did some painting. He is very good communicator and has excellent follow-up.

Blue Chip Construction did some home projects for me. Philip did the demolition of a deck and then re-built the deck. Seemed like a nice young man and he did a good job with the project overall.

They did a fantastic job! I had them install two exterior complete doors and frames on an old brick house. They did a perfect job. Also the clean up was perfect! I will be using them again.

I recently needed some handy-man work done and located Phillip Helton, of Blue Chip Construction, 865 254-0896. Helton, was friendly and professional. He was on time and if he was running late he would phone to inform me. I had a large remodeling project that would take more than two people to accomplish. Helton informed me at that time he was not able to do the bigger job. His reasoning was he did not have enough jobs to hire someone and have them depend on him for forty hours a week labor, especially if they had a family. I admired him for his honesty. He recommended another contractor to do the larger project. I highly recommend Phillip Helton and Blue Chip Construction for any handy man projects you need to have done. Helton has phoned several times to check on the larger project and how well the other contractor is doing.
