B and B Demo and Haul Away were great to work with. They arrived on time and took care to move my large desk out of the house without any damage to the item or our walls. Very pleasant and professional as well.

If I could rate Terrance Brown lower I would. Started out well came and checked things out (Fixing the floor, replacing the toilet, installing a handicapped shower, tiling floor) Made decisions about the toilet and shower and tile. Got the estimate and paid for the supplies and materials and then it all went downhill. Got a shower delivery date of May 19th. after the 19th 5 days later I text him to ask for an update. Late delivery was what I was told so we decided to look elsewhere for the shower. finally got a text after I texted him for info on June 5th He said June 8th starting at 9 am. Since then I have texted, emailed, and called NOTHING. He basically has taken 3427.21 and I got cheated. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

My wife hired this company to install and repair a shower and toilet in the master bathroom. Paid him for material and supplies for almost $4000.00, called said he had all supplies would be here on Tuesday 3 weeks ago. Have not seen or heard from this man yet. I am fixing to take legal action against him!

I had a single bedroom that needed popcorn ceiling scrapped down, re-taping and bedding the ceiling and some areas on the walls, and new paint ceiling, walls and trim. Terrance was very courteous, provided a very reasonable estimate within 2 days, and available almost immediately. He arrived on time every day, moved or covered all furniture before starting work, then moved everything back and cleaned up the room when finished. He did a great job and worked very quickly. Some small areas of tape/bedding could have been better, but overall he did a great job. He gladly painted the walls twice, since the first color I choose was so wrong for the room. I have already scheduled more work replacing a rotted carport roof beam, paint and re-install front screen door, and install a replacement window that will need re-sizing, wall repair, and outside painting. Also have another room, small hall and bath that need re-taping/bedding and paint. I will definitely use him again, and recommended him highly.

Terrance Brown was courteous, and professional. He completed the job under difficult circumstances. Terrance made me feel comfortable enough to pay him prior to the job being complete. When I went back the next morning, the job was not only complete, he did an excellent job!

The work done was good, however the doors that he painted would not close properly. When I requested him to return to reset the doors he did not answer, not did he respond after I called Home advisor. I waited several weeks for a respond and never received a response from Terrance nor from Home Advisor. I finally had to hire someone else to reset my front door so I could close it.

The handyman was very polite and business like. He truly was a lifesaver in the right on time; service he provided. He wasnt concerned with getting the agreed to payment, as he was in getting the job done to our satisfaction. Im considering hiring him again in the near future. The Kellys
