The owner gave 1 quote and then doubled it after the end of the 1st day. He also changed the price per hour for labor. The men, did not wrap my things, got black grease marks on a white sofa, scratched glass top table and other damage. They were rushed and careless, not packing the truck to its full potential and then claiming they needed an additional 7 hours to complete the move. They knocked down our mailbox and then charged us with the hours to repair it. The staff was very polite but not experienced at moving. The owner however is a fast talker and took advantage of us. He refuses to communicate in writing and is condescending. I have moved the same items three times. The first two moves were amazing with other companies. They came out, provided us boxes, tape and packing paper. On the day of the move the other companies put furniture pads on all of my furniture and then wrapped it in plastic wrap. We were amazed at how quickly they loaded the truck in under 3 hours. The same items fit on a standard straight truck in both moves, but Blue Chip claims they could only fit half of it at a time. On the second day they were in such a hurry they did not want to move everything and we had to make two trips, an hour and half both ways to get the remaining items and throw away a bookcase they destroyed. I was quoted 950.00. That seemed about right as a move from Michigan and Ohio were 2000.00, but these were full day driving and overnight stay. This move ended up costing 1960.00 for a move that was approximately 70 miles, for the same items.

They were not able to dismantle and assemble the beds. They left the bed damaged since they didn't seem to have the right tools. They lost several dowel nuts in transit. They also damaged our upstairs wooden fence and didn't bother to fix it.

I had booked another company to move my belongings from a house to a 2 bedroom apartment. I ended up using Blue Chip instead. At first, I was a little worried if I had made the right decision to switch. However, Brandon kept saying and insisted that his service was going to take care of me. He didn't lie! Service was excellent. Movers polite and respectful and friendly. They we're diligent, made sure that the furniture was ok, and precise. I told Brandon wat budget I was working with. Well, they stayed under my budget! Overall, they superceded all expectations. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone needing the service. Great job, Blue Chip!!!!

Brandon did an excellent job! I could not believe the difference .... it actually looks like a home listed in House Beautiful :) VERY clean and neat! Pine straw was thick and rounded on the edges...just the way I like it. Shrubbery was trimmed to perfection. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a fantastic Yard Guy :)

The three young men who came were hard working men, and personable. They wanted to make sure the furniture was safe. We just refinished our hardwoods and they were very careful about messing it up.

The three guys that did the actual moving (Dave, CJ, and AC) did a great job and were very careful with everything. The guy that estimated the time (and therefore the cost) missed it by 4 hours - costing us an additional $465. Expect it to take a little longer and budget for it.

he showed up by himself and said there would be 2 of them, did rake and mow to satisfaction but almost forgot to trim bushes out back until I reminded him, trimmed bushes up front but uneven, paid him in cash and he said he would email me my receipt but never got it, called and asked him again and did not receive after phone call, I ordered pine straw for him to deliver and spread and he said he would order it and then come in about 2 days to deliver. did not hear from him so I called and he said the delivery would be in a couple of days. still have not heard back and that was over a week ago. planning to call the company to see if this guy was really an employee for them. have my doubts. will use another company.

I had to move in hurry from home to storage and to a new home And a new storage unit in 2 days. I was blessed to have David and Greg as my movers both days. Not only did these incredible men helped me move my items carefully and quickly!, they helped me emotionally by making a stressful situation more tolerable! I am forever grateful!! Trustworthy, professional, courteous and dependable!!

Worked very hard and was extremely professional. The young gentleman kept me informed of when he would arrive and when he left I was very impressed with his work.

They were late for initial appointment. Did a good job on 1st & 2nd visit. They were supposed to be at my house 3 weeks ago @ 10:00am, and I am still waiting. Had to hire someone else. They are very nice mannerly, young men, but don't realize appointment times are very important.

I have used this company for moving needs and did not know they also did lawn service. They are very professional and courteous. The job was completed when they said it would be done. Very nice gentlemen.
