I had a bad experience with an alleged handyman recently, and Dan was understanding as he fixed the situation I’d been left in and did numerous other repairs. Dan and his team were unbelievably helpful in diagnosing and repairing two water issues at my home. The issues required expertise in several categories (roofing, siding, windows, trim work, stucco) and Dan was able to deal with all of these. Dan goes over and above to please

I hate writing reviews and I very rarely do them. But blue-collar construction is an exceptional company. I had to hire a handyman to replace some damaged wood in my attic. This was not my primary residence, so everything had to be done via the phone. There are two things I need to point out, First the price was very reasonable for the work I needed done and additional work, and second he didn’t want any deposit. Unheard of in the state of Florida. My son and daughter-in-law confirmed the job was completed for me. Exceptional work and was done in one day. I’m keeping his business cards handy in case I need additional work done. Dan is very professional, qualified, and will definitely use him again.

Dan and his crew did a wonderful tear out job of the house we bought. We needed the entire house gutted down to the framing, walls, ceilings, cabinets out, tile off the baths walls and floor, tile off bedroom floors. They did it all in four days in a 900 square foot block house. Cleaned up all the rubbish into a dumpster, great job. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a good job done. Dan is a very pleasant person and very easy to work with. Very reasonable prices and a get it done person.

Dan was very good at what he did for us (built some cellar stairs) but was a little more hesitant in rebuilding some concrete steps due to their condition. Due to unforeseen circumstances it took longer than anticipated but he finished the project. His work ethic was very commendable and he took pride in what he did.

Dan was great! He went above and beyond to make sure that the work was done right. We ran into needing more time than expected and he stayed and got it all done. We ran into a tricky problem but he worked it out. Couldn't ask for anything better.

We knew our little cabinet project would be a tuff one to tackle....Dan handled it like a pro and he explained everything he was doing to make sure we were completely satisfied before he did the final installation. First of all I would like to say as a single woman, it can be frustrating hiring any contractor. I did not have any frustration with Blue Collar. When I explained my urgent situation, Dan came over within a few hours. Blue Collar Construction installed floor joists and all new subfloors in 2 rooms. It looks terrific, I can't say enough about the quality of work that was done. Dan and his crew are great professionals.
