Had some scheduling glitches due to weather as this was outside project but overcame them and Ric completed the work today in a shorter time and discounted his bid accordingly. Had him lookover several other projects and get back to us on bids for each one. Will keep you informed.

For day two of he project he did not show up and did not call. He contacted me a couple days later and I agreed to have him come over to finish. He had a very legitimate reason for missing the appointment. So, he completed day two of the project on a Saturday and we agreed that he would come back on Monday morning to finish. He did not show up and did not contact me. I finished the project on my own.

Our son just bought a house and there were a lot of small items that needed repair. Ric came out the next day after talking with him and completed all the projects the same day.
