It was a pleasure working with Blue Crab Home Solutions. We had Blue Crab replace our 28 year old deck. Most of it needed replacing but Zack spent a lot of time with us, educating my husband and I about our deck, what needed to be replaced, what we could keep, and what Blue Crab could do for us. He showed us beautiful samples (photographs) of Blue Crab’s workmanship and finished products. The two man crew started promptly when contracted and worked some long days. Zach and his team at Blue Crab Home Solutions did a great job! They quickly arrive for an estimate and evaluation of my damage. Offered a solution and contract to do the job. Due to weather it took a couple weeks but they contacted us with a date and time and completed task in one day. This saved my home from further damage at a responsible cost. Blue Crab did a wonderful job redoing my bathroom. The workers were polite and cleaned up each day. The job took exactly the amount of time they estimate and they came back to finish the bathroom when my shower doors were damaged in transit. They made really suggestion for improvements . The bathroom is beautiful .

Earlier in the summer I had made arrangements for a couple of guys to do my deck in September. They had done a neighbors deck last year and a few months ago gave me an estimate which I was very happy with. Well September came and one of the guys was unable to work, so I had to start all over again. At this point in time I just wanted to get this done so it was off to Angie's List. One thing I do like about Angi is if you want to get a bunch of estimates quickly you can. Within moments of submitting my request the emails, texts, and phone calls starting coming, and that's what I wanted. Looked at all the companies who responded and got about 4 estimates within the week. This is how I met Blue Crab. This was a partial deck replacement(floor and railing), so overall a pretty small job in which no one was getting rich over. Zack and Nick came out we talked for awhile and I liked them. They gave me a price, not the cheapest, but on the lower end of my quotes and not to mention covering the fascia board on the front and sides of the deck. So even though they weren't my lowest price it was the best deal. Out of all my quotes these guys wanted my business more then the other guys, so I gave them a check and they said about 30 days till they got to me. Well 30 days have passed and my deck is done, and I have to say it looks so good I'm thinking about using it!! I sit right on top of I83 so not quite the serene experience you would like. Two guys completed the project in 2 days as promised. I can tell you they were both very hard working and skilled. The guy I spoke with was named Juan, and a couple of times he asked what I thought of the work they had done. This can be a very dangerous question in the Home Improvement industry, but I loved they cared enough about me and took pride in their work. Overall a really great experience and I can not recommend Blue Crab more highly.
