On-time arrival, thoroughly professional and kept me posted on work progress. Finished on-schedule and cleaned up after themselves. Wife immediately could tell the difference of the air quality. This company should be one's go-to cleaners.

Showed up on time and did a great job. There was so much crap they removed it was disgusting! Can't be good breathing that in. The guy said we were probably going to save over 40% on our bill, too!

I have already stated to my friends that I am more than satisfied with this company. The men who worked my home were very thorough and so polite. They went beyond what I expected. The company was great. Asked questions to ensure they knew what had to be done. Knew what they were doing. Were on time. Worked clean. Polite. etc. Only question I have is whether the service really does anything. Dust level in the house seems to be pretty much the same as before.

I suggest that you and any prospective contractor examines the duct work first before you hire them. I had Blue Diamond Air Solutions out to my home to clean the Flexible duct work and they were Respectful and Professional in the work they preformed. It was my fault I didn't examine the condition of the ducts before having the work done. The house and duct work is 30 years old and the duct work was brittle from the attic heat. The money paid for the work was wasted because most of the duct work needs to be replaced or repaired because of age. It was a costly learning experience! If you actually need the ducts cleaned Blue Diamond Air Solutions will do a good job!

Excellent company!

They cleaned out my dryer vent and all the heating and AC vents, PLUS they cleaned the coil on my heating system. Great job and they even discovered a problem with the attic venting. There was one vent that just blew into the attic. They closed this off at no cost. Very nice guys. Very gentlemanly. Would certainly recommend.

I initially wanted the ducts cleaned and "sanitized." JC explained they could do that, however, it might be a better option to have the coils checked/cleaned. After inspecting the coils, cleaning was recommended. The magic really happened after the guys left and we turned the system on - it was so quiet we initially didn't know where the "noise" was coming from. Very professional; they know what they are doing.

Appointment was set for 11am and they showed up at 11am. Quote for the work requested was the final price.
