Blue Diamond Pool Service

I hired Victor to repair a skimmer in my pool in May, all of the pavers that were removed are sinking, I called Victor, about the problem and he gave me the number of somebody to come out, I asked Victor if he was going to pay for it and he said no, I cannot get Victor to redo the pavers.

Please avoid this unprofessional and untruthful company to call for any services. Victor charged me of 1400 dollars of which I paid 750 dollars, and without finishing my job. He came two days in a row drunk. He had the full smell of alcohol and came without a mask. I told him to leave work. The same job other companies did and charge 250 dollars. Please ignore this guy.

They were a complete ripoff and did a terrible job. My husband had to fix their work. I have pictures. They also had me write a check to the owner's brother so they would show less of a bill so home advisors would collect less commission. I would like to speak to someone at home advisors

DO NOT USE THEM. They scammed me -I gave them $800.00 deposit on May 25th,for the job, they gave me installation date of May 29 - 30th. They Did NOT show up or call. I called and sent emails to follow up. It is NOW June 18th. No work has been done and they have not responded

They are not professional. The owner took $2800.00 of my money, dug up my pool, and never came back. He now does not answer my calls. He is not licensed, I had no idea.

Warning. Do not hire Blue Diamond Pools of Belleville New Jersey!! You are better off taking your money throwing into your fireplace, then throw cigarette butts all over your property and also urinate on your car tires ! Then keep asking yourself for more money, lie that your pump and filter are broken... shall I go on?

I think if Home Advisor was to meet the crew they would not send them out to customers. There are addiction issues that are apparent. Do not hire unless you want more issues than you already have.

We agreed on the project, i gave him a deposit and that was the last i heard of him

We have paid in advance for a liner. We paid 500 dollars and now we cannot get a hold of him by email or phone. Your voice mail is full. Please contact us and perform the work we paid for.

I just want to mention that the customer service and the labor was exceptional I called so many pool companies for guidance on how to fix the pool with no help at all everyone answer you need a new pool. I contacted Blue Diamond and the next day I had two service technicians given me the estimate to fix it great service I definitely will recommend them 100%

This company is involved in fraudulent activities. We have interacted with owner Victor, and staff Julian and Liz. They all committed a coordinated fraud with us. They never showed up on committed time and for 1 visit it took 9 months and countless rescheduling. They will never tell you they are not coming you just need to follow up after a no show. Unfortunately, we could not get someone else because they were assigned by the warranty company. They installed the wrong product in a way that it can lead to serious electric problems and accidents. Our pool systems were left nonfunctional. They also threatened us to pay them money or else they would take our pump. Instead, they were actually supposed to get paid by the warranty company after satisfactory work. They knew they did a wrong job and did not want to wait for getting paid after an OK on the job. Most important- they do not have a legit address and probably even licenses. They never gave us a company receipt and the Consumer Complaint department was not able to locate them when we raised a complaint. These people are probably involved in serious problems and we will be taking every legal action we can against them.

Contacted them over the weekend, while they were closed & that following Monday I got an immediate response. We reached out bc a rusted hole developed in the wall of the pool near the skimmer and return line. Victor and the help came out & saved me from having to take down the pool. Thursday they came fixed the pool & Friday came out and closed the pool down till next year. Pool looks new and the service was incredible!

This is the worst customer service experience I ever had. At this point I want my money back and to be done with them. They came out for the estimate, the agreement was to replace the liner and have the pump up and running. I gave the down payment for acquisition of the pool liner. A week went buy heard nothing after messaging and calling. Finally got a call with date and time of 9-12pm. No one showed up Even though they said they were on the way. At 9:30pm I received a message saying the owner had personal issues and I should have a great summer. The next day I got a message saying the pool liner arrived. Scheduled time for the next day 9-12pm. They Did not show up within the window. Messaged me at 12:20pm saying they were 20 mins away. Did not show up with the high powered pump to drain the pool, had a little pump that didn't function and to use my pump. They set up the pump and left. I Informed them by message the next day the pool was empty. Got no response. My husband is in the kitchen and sees a man in the back yard. The pool walk on to our property without informing anyone of his presence. The liner was installed and a second payment was made, This was a Friday. They agreed to comeback on Monday when the pool should be filled to open up the pool but never showed up. I did get a message saying I owed a $100. On Monday my husband and I noticed the pool was not filling to the filter. The pool liner was ripped.8/14 Sent them pic, called, no response. All I can think of is all the water wasted trying to fill the pool for 4 days. Three days after a guy shows up saying heâ s here to open the pool. I showed him the liner. I was told I would get a phone call about moving forward and it would be taken care of, didn't happen. Messaged multiple times, no response. Received a message on the 8/23 starting that they didn't forget about me and they scheduled me for the 8/26. Today is 8/27 haven't seen or heard from anyone. All of my messages about a refund have gone unanswered. The owner of this company needs to take Business 101. At this point the pool is getting algae and is unusable because of the ripped liner. I want my money back because the pool is far worst then when they started. I have no intentions of continuing with this company. Do not use them, save yourself from the headache. Unreliable, unprofessional and questionable skills.

They came and gave a free estimate. Came back to do the job as promised.

Awful experience. I needed my above ground pool opened, and checked for leaks as the water level went down through the winter. They opened the pool, and spread out the cover and leaf catcher over the grass in my yard. They promised to come back today (Wed 5/29/19 at 8 AM) to finish cleaning the pool, patch it if needed, and put the pool cover and leaf catcher away. They were a no-show. No response on my texts or voice mails. My observations: 1. The leaf guard was not installed in the filter. I discovered that and put it in. 2. The solar heater, which was in plain sight next to the filter, was not hooked up. Have to spend summer in an unheated pool. 3. We do not permit smoking in our house. Without even asking, we caught him lighting up in my basement. Had to tell him not to do that. Regret engaging him. Service was poor, quality of work terrible, and left incomplete.

They hit me with a bit of a surprise fee at the end but it was worth it.
