I stopped their truck on my street one day as I had a dirty pool. Their employee looked at my pool and gave me a price and said they would start right away. They came about three times over a two-week period and left each time after working about an hour. They never once tested the water just kept dumping jugs of chlorine in it. I had to keep calling, and they took my money and quit!!! I spoke to David Gallant, and he was rude and hung up on me several times. I asked for half my money back, and he stated a check would be sent. That was two weeks ago. NO CHECK. I hate being lied to and would not recommend them to anyone!!!

"Hey James Corbett, thank you for the review. I apologize for your experience. We we're willing to have a professional conversation on the phone ,but we can not have a customer be irate on the phone and find a resolution or address the problems because that makes things very difficult. Yes our technician was there on several occasions spending an hour at least, as we stood by an over the phone quoted price, which is a practice we do not normally do. Upon inspecting the pools condition the cost was substantially lower than should have been, and we did our best to clean up the neglected pool, while having the customer try to dictate how our tech"
