Unfortunately, I do not recommend this pro even though they had been referred by a realtor. I hired them to clear attic insulation away from chimney flue, to adjust chimney flue away from roof decking, and to install dryer exhaust tube through roof and add exhaust cap flashing. Their estimate was already high. But the final invoice was even +25% higher than the estimate. Surprise :-(.

The before and after pics are simply amazing! Blue Diamond installed our new siding, gutters and wood shutters. We also, needed a fence/gate installed and Erik provided us the contact for that project as well. In addition to the projects done on our house, Blue Diamond installed roofs on two of my mother's rental properties. Arrived on time. Did the work required...plus some extra that needed repairing for some time. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Answered all questions and made recommendations of other things that may need repaired in the future. The cost of the work was very reasonable. Plan on calling Blue Diamond and Dylan when I need a new roof, I have already recommended them to a friend.

Working with Blue Diamond roofing company was seamless. Within a couple of days, the damaged roof was removed and replaced with new shingles. They handled the insurance claim and all the paperwork. No matter how trivial my questions were, they were answered professionally and empathetically. I strongly recommend them; and I would certainly hire them again.

Erik came out to do a roof inspection on my roof that's only 6 years old, very nice and knowledgeable in roofing , he took time to address my concerns and answer all my questions.
