    Within first month a key part failed. Blue Dot quickly responded and promised to fix the system. The replacement part arrived a fewest days later, and a 2-man crew installed it. This team needed 2 hours, but I am not complaining. The AC is back on line.

    They were able to quickly schedule installation especially since it was extremely hot in the house. They covered the floors with a drop cloth to protect my home. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

    Blue dot also installed a new water heater the team who installed that gets a 5. The air conditioner was not taped properly the water heater guys redid it for me now it all good.

    Kevin was awesome! He was very friendly and professional. He explained the issue and fixed it right away. The price was fair and we were able to get someone out to fix the issue the next morning.

    Randy Stevens of BlueDot in Maryland was an absolute professional. Exceptionally experienced, very thorough in his craft, and otherwise a wonderfully pleasant technician to work with. I had BlueDot completely redo my entire AC system last year, and BlueDot continues to provide to me support and assistance when things come up. In this case I had a plumbing issue that was tangentially related to HVAC drain line, and Randy diligently ruled out the HVAC as the source of the problem and helped me locate the exact location where the issue was coming from. Today that issue is fully resolved. Thank you!

    Really fast. Came in Thursday and had it installed on Monday. Tell people to do their homework on equipment, capacity and pricing. Better for the buyer to beware.

    Tech came to my property and told me I needed to replace my furnace. When I got a second opinion the furnace did not need to be replaced. I felt that the Blue Dot tech was incompetent or trying to sell me a new furnace. Blue Dot has ignored my complaint for fixing this issue.
