Technician was timely, friendly, professional, informative and respectfully of my home.

The tech sent was an old pro who quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, then did a full inspection of the system. Great service!

They were very experienced and they explained to me every step of the installation. Now we have a cool house. Blue Dot also installed my system 12 years ago.

A service call was placed at 7:30 am, for HVAC system. Time frame given was 2-6 pm. At around 6:15, a call was placed to the office, a customer representative answered the phone apologizing for being outside of the service window. 7:25 pm and still have yet to hear from anyone. In the event of an emergency? please don?t use this company. You will be disappointed.

I got a next-day appointment for my broken AC unit, and the service tech arrived on time, completed the work in just a few hours, and charged what I consider a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The pro was awesome. He troubleshooting did an eval of the entire system and the wiring and quickly found the issue called it to confirm the warranty and quickly took my service fee payment without hassle. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The blue dot service technician was great.

Anthony Flint did the service for my AC. He was very efficient and l was very pleased with the service.

Anthony Aye was my service technician today. He was very polite and professional. He ensured he wore foot covers to protect the floors. He did an annual tuneup on my HVAC system and took his time and noted and thoroughly explained any potential issues to me. He gave me other available service/installation options to look into for the near future. Overall, he was very pleasant and respectful. I would recommend Anthony Aye to anyone who is looking for a true professional and is very knowledgeable about different systems.

They (2 workers) did an EXECCENT job installing gas heater and Central Air unit. They were very polite and professional. I could not convince them to take a coffee break. Answered all my question. I'm soo happy I chose Blue Dot !! Also the price was unmatch... Thanks !! PS... The Wife is back to calling me HONEY again :)

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Blue Dot. From the very beginning, the technician arrived late?even outside the scheduled appointment window. When they finally showed up, they misdiagnosed the issue with my AC unit, which led to further delays and frustration. To make matters worse, there was zero communication after the visit. I was left in the dark with no updates or follow-up on next steps, and the issue remains unresolved. For a company that claims to offer professional HVAC service, this experience was anything but that. I expected better accountability, accuracy, and basic customer service. I won?t be using them again and do not recommend them to others.

Anthony was great and gave me options for repair and estimates. He took his time to explain things and was outstanding in his professionalism and knowledge.
