We hired Blue Dot Media to set up all of our networking equipment, Ring POE cameras, TV mounting, and some home audio at our new home, and they were incredibly informative and a very trustworthy team. They make great recommendations that best fit your needs and budget, all with high quality products and services. I made the mistake of using another audio company (via our building contractor) to pre-wire our home, and it was a major disappointment. On top of that, the quotes from the other audio company were outrageous. Luckily, I came across Blue Dot Media, and they really helped to fix a lot of the concerns I had with how the home was set up, all at a fair, reasonable, and transparent price. On top of that, CJ and team are so responsive. I feel like any time I had a question on anything home audio or networking related, they responded within minutes. I will definitely be working with them in the future and recommend anybody in the Chicago area to reach out to Blue Dot for any networking or home audio needs.

CJ is very responsive. He always answers texts or calls back right away. He was prompt and showed up when he said he would.
