We had Blue Escapes bury our pool, add a new sprinkler zone, and place new sod. Highly recommended! They are honest and trustworthy, which goes a long way. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and promptly fixed an issue we discovered after the work was completed. Bob, the owner, was very patient with us as we decided what to do with our dilapidated pool. He provided bids for several different options, which took time but really helped us make the right final decision.

I was looking for a company to find and repair the leaks in my pool. HomeAdvisor had this company and the reviews were good so I chose them. I contacted them to set up an appointment and got an email later saying "Work for your project is currently scheduled for - 8/10/2016 We will notify you of any changes to schedule. Please mote (sic) project schedule is subject change at any time. Thanks Bob". Just a day, no time. On Wednesday, the appointment date, I was called to say they couldn't make the appointment and we reset to Thursday afternoon. On Thursday their rep showed up and we discussed the pool, deciding a full leak detection was unnecessary since I had already determined the pool leak was in the light niche and I showed him where water gushed out from under the deck when the spa was turned on. . He did not have any dye for leak detection so I gave him some black food dye. He removed the light, found the spot in the niche and applied pool putty to the spot. He said he would talk to his boss and maybe they would just call this a wash if we decided to use them to fix the spa leak and that he would be back to put the light back. He was here less than an hour but I was a happy camper. I heard nothing back until the following Tuesday when I got two emails, one was an invoice for a full leak detection at $450, and the second was an estimate of $1200 to fix the spa leak. I was livid. After waiting a bit to cool off, I called their office and starting explaining what I've written here when I was told I would have to talk to Bob and was transferred. Bob told me the minimum charge for a call was $300 and that he would get the invoice changed to reflect that. So, I'm paying three hundred dollars to have some putty applied to my light niche and I guess I'll put the light back myself. I feel there was very poor communication and I paid a premium for what I got. I am doubtful that I will use HomeAdvisor again and definitely not Blue Escape Pools.

Great customer service

GREAT COMPANY! They where able to tell me others ways of doing my repairs. Which helped me save money from what other pool companies wanted to charge me. I am very pleased with them and I am going to call them on all future problems I have with my pool.
