I paid Blue Frog Plumbing and Drain of Little Rock, AR, to come out and give me an estimate for a septic tank leak and I paid them $650 to clean/flush out the tank and unclog the drain pipes. Within a week afterward I continued to get sewage and water leaking exactly as before. I’ve called them numerous times and requested the owner to call me. I have been totally disregarded as a customer and now I must pay someone else to come and give me an estimate for fixing the problem. Also, I had one of the tenants come out to verify if the tank had Ben flushed out. He told me there were old cigarette filters and really old feminine sanitary napkins floating so now I’m filling a formal complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General’s office. The owner, Adam Priest chose to rip of the wrong person and I hope for a refund for the money that I was charged for a job that they did not do I hope this helps others so they are not scammed.
