Starting our careers with working for a swimming pool repair and maintenance company back in 2005 to starting our own business. Knowing how bigger corporations can be dishonest and lack in customer service, we like to differentiate ourselves with priding ourselves with our honesty, honest pricing, and our excellent customer service.

"Hi Bernice. We?re sorry you feel this way. After removing the old liner, we discovered the pool walls needed reinforcement before a new liner could be properly installed. We explained that installing a new liner without addressing those issues could cause the new liner to fail prematurely. The project was paused while you decided whether or not you wanted to proceed with the recommended repairs. When you later informed us you no longer wanted to continue, we both agreed to return and reassemble the pool. The following day, we were then told our assistance was no longer needed. Our goal was to make sure the liner was installed correctly and that the pool was structurally sound for the long term. Unfortunately, unforeseen issues are uncovered once an existing liner is removed."
