Kyle Mailloux,PE was hired to perform a structural analysis of home sub-flooring prior to commencing with a remodeling project. Requested analysis of load on second floor and if existing floor would bear the weight of tiles. Following an inspection, a verification letter and precise diagrams were provided in a timely manner. Mr. Mailloux was prompt, affable & professional. He provided understandable explanations of his analysis.
