It was next day service. They were right on time. I talked with them about problems and they went above board fixing the particular problem I explained to them. They fixed the door and then some. It works better than it ever has.

Put in a request through HomeAdvisor and received call within just a couple minutes. He was able to come out first business day. Garage door had damage from when original 25yr old spring/cables broke. Since door was too old to replace just panel, he could have told us we had to have completely new door which would have cost us painting costs on top of door costs. Instead he straighten and reinforced damaged area and replaced all appropriate parts. Great job and really have to look close to see that the door was damaged. Will recommend him to neighbors and friends.

Everything went smoothly and the job was completed on time and on budget. Very easy company to do business with and very professional. I chose this business based on the comments I read on Homeadvior. Justin did not disappoint! I scheduled the appointment for Friday but he was able to come out the same day I requested the repair (Wednesday), he was more than fair with his prices, and his customer service was exceptional! He repaired the broken spring on my double garage door. He also took the time to service my garage door opener and grease and lubricate all of the needed places on the door. Would definitely refer him and will have him back should the need arise again.
