We hired Dan to replace a water heater in July 2020. We also heard them again to install another water at different home in September 2020. In February 2021 the Water Heater . Installed in July failed on us. Kit came by in Feb and told us the Rheem water heater was faulty during pandemic they used a different gas valve controller that was faulty. Ok. Kit came by and called Rheem for a replacement but he was Not Rheem certified and Rheem did not let him replace it. We waited a week (coldest weather here all year). Fast forward to last week, Blue Iguana did not pull a permit for the water heater from September. Several calls and no response . Be wary of this business. They have left us hanging twice and we cannot stall A/C because we have no permit for the September install. If this is resolved I will update.

My water heater died on a Sunday night, and they were able to show up the next morning. They were friendly, efficient and got the job done with minimal problems. I will definitely recommend them as a small local shop that does great work.

He was very informative and even thought of things that could save me money

The receipt had no information on the water heater and the employee said the office would be creating one and would be emailed. We had a minor issue with the pressure valve which was replaced expediently the next day. The employee, Kit, was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and professional.

Kit was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and professional. The job was completed in less time than anticipated. We were very pleased and would definitely use them again should the need arise and recommend to friends and family.

They were great business to deal with. They were priced better than anyone else and were responsive. The only issue was that while carrying out the old water heater they scraped the wall pretty good and weren t very apologetic. It was cheap and easy for us to fix, but overall it was a great experience and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them.
