Did a great job

Outstanding experience after a catastrophic house fire that required furniture cleaning, ozone storage, debris removal, and removing smoke damage from all textiles. Huge job with lots of phases, processes, deadlines, and coordination with this company. The leadership and its entire team were professional, courteous, empathic, and respectful. From start to finish, I could tell these guys were professionals who had a strong ethical focus on doing what was right while observing high industry standards. Although the nature of the work they do is tedious and expensive during times of stress, Gary and Joe always made us feel comfortable with the things that needed to be done to reach our end goals. I would trust this company with everything I own should the need arise again.

Changed to 5 stars for the crew that came in and worked hard as far as Im concerned above and beyond, and even cleaned our ducts after we had a fire, Luis is very meticulous and cares about his work and helping the customers with their home needs, I absolutely have NO COMPLAINTS toward the crew that came into our home, that we trust, unfortunately scheduling took the crew to a different job, I do appreciate Luis and his crew, Thank you
