We hired Blue Light Construction to tear down a pergola, some cosmetic work inside the home and to put some trash from the backyard out to the curb. It was clear in our email correspondences that the stuff in the garage was spoken for and that we will be back to go through it. They did a half fast job and stole my belongings. Thousands of dollars worth of old barbies, designer handbags, beanie babies, antique dolls, cds, money, pictures, items I have been collecting for over 30 years and priceless family heirlooms. They neglected their instructions and now everyone is pointing the finger of whoâ s fault it was and I am devastated. No offer was made to make it right.

"Janelle, We have apologized to your husband about this several times for the miscommunication but it is quite slanderous to say we stole your items. You guys are neglecting to pay the rest of the invoice. An apology is what we can offer and your husband has already retrieved some of the items from your neighbors, the people that actually took the items from the curb. Your realtor reached out to us to complete this for you all. You all hired us for a make ready and junk removal and that is what we have completed. Again, our apologies for the miscommunication."

I have already recommended this company to my sister who needs some flooring work done at her house. And we plan to use them again when we are ready to do the flooring in another room. Also thinking of having our back porch screened in.

Ms Jones (Manager ?) arrived on time as scheduled. She provided us a reasonable estimate for the painting of the hallway as well as a clothing closet. We requested that the job be completed ASAP, she suggested that the job could be completed within a few hours-and -SO IT WAS DONE. We planned to remove and replace the siding on an outer wall after the Holidays, however, due to the courtesy, professionalism, friendliness and reasonable estimate for that project, we agreed to have it done at this time. This project was accomplished to our complete satisfaction, and we are very pleased with our interaction with Blue Light Construction Company. We are looking forward to engaging their services again in the very near future. We are already sharing our highly favorable impressions with our family and friends.
