"Tobin D. was amazing to work with. He kept open lines of communication throughout the process and made the process go smoothly. It was later found there was some overspray on the countertops. Tobin was absolutely right, it was unacceptable, and my cleaning person did not do a thorough job, which falls on my company."
"Michael and his wife were a pleasure to work. Classy clients who wanted a good result and got it."
"Judy B was a great client. It was a pleasure to work with her."
"This client was the 1%ers of horrible clients. She could not afford to get her cabinets done and has created false accusations to get a reduction in her bill after her husband created the most problems, and asked several times to take money off the bill. And during a phone conversation, the client even called her own husband a foul name. But yet has stated in her own complaint *the cabinets look amazing*. Truly sad."
"The client and I walked the room twice and she did not say anything about overspray, nor did I see any on my part. There was texturizing spray on the window and some on the floor when I arrived to paint."
"Client was upset because she picked the wrong color for her cabinets and thought it was too white, yet she picked the color. Client was also informed her cabinets had some separation between corners because cabinets were older. Specifically offered client to fill gaps, further explaining though wood fill or caulk is different than wood and there may be a visible line. Client denied filling the gaps. No issues or complaints, no contact for nearly 2 months. Client then complained about the gaps on the corners and a indent on 1 of the 32 cabinet doors, which could have easily been repaired if client mentioned it. Client never communicated any issues which this company would have quickly and easily repaired if valid. Instead, client then purchased entirely new cabinet doors for what was a totally different look than she wanted initially and only after that requested a refund. Client threatened ?bad reviews? If she did not get the refund she wanted, which was ultimately denied by our company based on no workmanship deficiency, just some very minor touch ups that?s could have been completed."
"This client was extremely difficult to work with, would not take logical advise and she was upset because the color she picked was not what she wanted when applied. She wanted a red mahogany look, yet picked an express. Several hours were put in the project at no cost to her, even though the issue was the finish she picked. In reference to the saw dust, the table refinish occurred in an enclosed area and after each sanding the floor and baseboards were vacuumed. Very dramatic client."
