The person who cleaned my house was wonderful. Sending her out alone was a mistake although she prefers it Almost 5 hours is to long. That I blame on company for that Also they did not confirm appt.

They did not show up for the first scheduled appointment, put called and scheduled for the next day, no reason given but offered a 20% price reduction, They did a much better job in the kitchen and bathrooms than in the bedrooms and living room. Smelled more dusty than usual.

I do not like to work with people who don't understand English. I like to communicate directly with the people who come to clean rather than relying on someone translating. I don't feel that that they followed all my directions. I don't think the floors were adequately cleaned. It seemed to be a rushed job.

Very frustrating encounter. I could not get ahold of this company at all when it was time to pay. I tried calling, texting, and emailing but had not heard anything back until 4 months after they had cleaned my apartment. Not good communication skills.

Isabel came to my rescue when a competitor did not show within an hour. I truly appreciated the effort Only one person was here for 3 hours and a lot of the home cleaning was neglected, unfortunately. I truly believe if this company had proper time and scheduling I would have been more pleased.
