Mr. Johnson, was professional, detailed and thorough. He spent significant time at the house as well as time reviewing the report. He was friendly and very helpful with all his suggestions.

I could only wish that all businesses were as prompt, thorough, communicative and professional as Blue Mountain Home Inspections. He was very patient with explaining things to me and was very honest about what he was doing and finding. I expected a brief summary afterward but when he emailed me a 100 page report, even if the results weren't what I had hoped for, he gave me more than enough evidence to know I needed to rescind the contract I made on the house and saved me a great deal of money and trouble in the long run. Better that I paid $250 to find out all that out beforehand than buying a place that would need a good $20,000 in repairs on top of the purchase price!
