Blue Pacific Pools

Hired Blue Pacific pools to compete a re-plaster and move and replace pool equipment. Issue with the main conduit line going through attic to pool equipment on other side of house. Was told by Steve that the job would be completed in two to three weeks giving me the opportunity to start construction on my workshop / pool house construction. Job started in August 6, 2025 and was not fully completed until I had to hire attorney. Completed October 14, 2025. Excuses after excuses why they couldn't work on project that should have taken at the most 4 weeks. They were given a dead line of October 12, 2025 to finish pool, at which time they rushed the pool job, creating a unfinished, unlevel plaster defects in surface of pool, the utility box was not installed on opposite side of house per county code, having trouble with lights, and the pump had problems also.

Blue Pacific pools recently re-finished my pool and I'm extremely happy. I worked closely with their office team, especially Steve Brooks, who came out several times to run and coordinate the project. They had to handle rain and other issues, and everything was taken care of very well. The entire project was well handled, and they have a very competitive price compared to other companies. I hope to never need to do this again, but I would recommend them for anyone that needed their pool serviced.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Building a pool is a huge undertaking and there are always things that come up during the construction (add-ons, extra things that you want here and there). It is important to have a company that is flexible and responsive to your needs. Brian and Ron were a joy to work with. They were forthcoming and answered every question honestly. The equipment is high quality, workmanship excellent. The guys showed up every day, cleaned up after themselves (the company supplies their own porta potty). The enjoyment that my family gets from the backyard is priceless.

This company over performed and keep all their promises which greatly impressed me. Each team that came to my home arrived on time and left my property in perfect condition. I was greatly impressed that so many different groups , such as the tile and plaster removal team, , tile folks and the fellows that did the plastering all worked as if it was their home. Anyone who wants to deal with true professionals should talk to the owner Brian. And they were very competitive.

they were enthusiastic in the beginning but were sometimes hard to contact. some of their employees were unprofessional but they quickly apologized and made up for the unprofessionalism. They were a bit messy but overall i felt thet did a good job

Mostly they were great, Brian and Rolando were perfect. One guy that was supposed to be the project manager no longer works there. We never heard much from him. Our pool is perfect. They added some small but nice features that we had not thought of for free.

I think the company is excellent and the issues I have had they have taken care of promptly. I think first that the first person, Johnny, was excellent. Brian is definitely an asset to the company.
