I checked with these guys later when they came to give a quote for changing vanities and toilets in my all bathrooms. For the shower which Blue ribbon did fit in my bathroom, they were quoting me just 60% of the cost which blue ribbon charged me with similar Kohler products. Should have gone to home depot first before hiring locally.

Kim and the staff were great at helping turn our eye sore bathroom into a beautiful place to relax. Wayne who worked on ours was fantastic. Not only did he do a great job but he fixed issues we had when painting without delaying the process.

Marco is a perfectionist and did an awesome job on our bathroom. He was punctual, friendly, accommodating and kept the construction mess to a minimum. Just an observation: Marco's job would have been easier if ALL construction materials were on site when he started the job. This would have eliminated the need for guesswork on his part. All in all I would recommend Blue Ribbon without hesitation.

I want to note my appreciation for Jerry's work with remodeling our bathroom. He was patient with our questions and explained form and function options in a clear and courteous manner. Importantly, he took great pride in the quality of his work. He worked tirelessly until the job was done to his and our satisfaction. He is an excellent representative for Blue Ribbon.

Blue Ribbon Plumbing transformed our pink, 1960™s bathroom into a modern, luxurious master bathroom. The project also included combining two back to back closets and a small room into a large walk-in closet When we were gathering bids, Kim came to our home to discuss the project which included moving the toilet, installing a window in a new location, building a shower with two knee walls, and moving the linen closet door to open in the bathroom. This allowed us to eliminate two doors in the hallway between bathroom and our bedroom. We were impressed with Kim™s understanding of the plumbing issues and her suggestions for the project. Blue Ribbon™s estimate was comparable to others we received. One reason we had put off this project, was my fear of selecting the wrong design/materials for the bathroom. With Kim™s help and a showroom that had quality products, but not so much to be overwhelming, we completed the selection in about an hour. We were happy that the project could start in early May, so it would be ready when house guests arrived in late June. We emptied out the bathroom, four closets and most of the decorative stuff in our adjacent bedroom, and moved upstairs for the duration of the project. The workers always left the work areas and adjacent halls in good shape each day. The demolition, down to the studs, including the removal of the square, pink bathtub, took about two days. The electrician and plumber did excellent work. Jerry was the main contractor and was very skilled in all aspects of this project including tiling, construction and installing vents and hardware. His assistants worked well under his direction. We decided to keep the hard wood floor in the new walk-in closet which required their professional floor installer to add boards and refinish the floor which came out great. Kim found the perfect large crank-out awning window for the bathroom. The window, along with the shower glass half walls and door, allow us to look out and see the trees when showering. The œShower Door Guy installed the glass in a timely manner. The window installation required new shingles to be installed on the exterior of the house. After the vanity had been installed for a few days, I realized that the wrong sink was installed; it was oval, not square. I emailed Kim and she was quick to assure us that this would be corrected. As she said many times, the bathroom would be exactly what we wanted. We decided to wait until after our house guests left to have this done. The original time estimate was four weeks and we had a few weeks of buffer before our house guests would arrive. When the project ran over six weeks, and guests were arriving at the end of the seventh week, we were stressed. As with any home project, extra work can be found when walls are removed and this happened in the linen closet. Check Building Department requirements for renovation prior to hiring this company. They did not know code, resulting in failed inspection. Be sure to write into contract who is responsible for damaged, gouged, dinged and chipped walls, ceilings, doorways and floors. Define work schedule hours. Verify license of work person on site.

i have a house from the 1950's. i dreaded renovating the bathrooms not knowing what the condition and cost would be. kim was exceptional in designing and estimating every step of the process. the crew did a superb job in installation of everything. I would highly recommend Blue Ribbon.

I had spoken to various contractors for a year. most were not detailed on what they will be performing and did not provide quality advise on products. kim (Blue Ribbon) was excellent in detailing exactly the work, product and costs for the entire project. everything was exactly as she had estimated. the crew did a terrific job. their work was exceptional. I highly recommend blue ribbon. I have an older house and this remodel has revived my house to more modern day.

The project exceeded our expectations. They guided us through our product and material selections and everything looked great installed. We now have a bathroom we are proud to show off.
