We had a few delays weather, supplies , etc, but all in all things went well and finished job was will done. Scott is very nice to work with and does all he can to please you and get job finished in a timely matter. I hope we don't have anymore problems but if we do I would hire Scott again.

Scott was totally professional. He had some vehicle problems but contacted me and rescheduled. When he arrived on the rescheduled date, he was on time and performed the required job in a professional manner. He explained every aspect of the job at hand and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs air quality testing done.

Working with Blue Ribbon Restoration was one of the most frustrating experiences I���ve ever had with a contractor. Scott was polite and cordial when he came for the initial estimate. He seemed competent, seemed eager to get the job, and provided a fair bid, so we hired him. He and his crew came and worked a full day, and did a good job of containing the mess and cleaning up after themselves. That was the only positive part of our experience. They were scheduled to come back the next day, but did not show up. I called and texted Scott, and eventually got in contact with him. He apologized, and scheduled another time to come back. Thus started what would become the pattern of our interaction with him. Eight times Scott set an appointment with us and just didn���t show up. No phone call, no email, no text���they just didn���t show up. And I would try to contact him by phone, text, and/or email, but would not hear back from him until a day or two or several days later. He would then apologize and set another appointment. Obviously, after several times being stood up, I would have preferred to move on to another contractor. Unfortunately, Scott had required 50% payment up front. We didn���t want to be out that money, so we kept waiting for him to finish the job. Ultimately, he never did, and we just ate the cost and hired someone else. It���s one thing to have conflicts come up. I understand that contractors can���t always show up on the day planned. But they did this over and over and over again, and not only did they fail to notify us, but they were totally unreachable. Our experience with Blue Ribbon Restoration was the epitome of lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Super kind and professional company, Scott came in at such a difficult time and explained everything clearly and immeditately took care of the problem, He really went above and beyond and I will ecommend him to everyone I know. :)
