The owner was not very understanding when I tried to explain what my issues were. Tried to tell me what a good job it was by looking at finished pictures. You cannot see everything in a picture you have to be upfront and close. I had hedges that needed clipping but was not done that was clearly visible. Did not know I had to request this to be done until after the fact. I was told the first cut was $60 but when I got the invoice for $61.07 because they use paypal. I do not do paypal for that same reason. This was not told to me initially that I am the one paying their fee. Will not be using them again.

"I am sorry miss Olivia you were disappointed I could not come to look at your lawn personally over a few blades of grass missed pre your leave request after my doctor appointment which leaves me unable to drive afterward as I explained. however, I saw the pics of the before/ after I was able to see you had an uneven front lawn with a mow of wet grass that was triple cut that day due to lack of maintenance that can cause blades of grass to be uneven. hedge price is always different pricing unless we put a package plan together ahead of time which you did not ask for you choose a simple mow which is like I explained mow weed eat edge and blow."
