Chris and his team were outstanding. They closed my pool for the 2nd year in row here in Bodkin Point. Great job!

They were hired to put the pump back in for summer and uncover the pool and ready it for the summer (May 16th). I had already removed the leaves from the net and made sure the water was clear. I did not request chemicals but they added them and charged me accordingly. Original agreed price was $300. I was charged $360.00. They were unable to get the pump running properly and said they would return after Memorial Day when they had time. I called them and they never got back in touch. I paid them in full for an incomplete job resulting in me having to hire another company to come out and hook up the pump. My mistake.

The pro was courteous, prompt, explained the service performed and feasible. This pro provided excellent service last year, I expect no less this year.

Work was done right...no muss no fuss.

They diagnosed two pipes that were leaking and promised to return to fix. I have called repeatedly to no avail. I am really disappointed. I thought I had finally found someone to service my pool.

The guys that came to my house were very polite and helpful. I recently bought this house with the pool and was unsure of anything that was needed to be done to close it. They measured my pool to make sure the previous owners had gotten the right cover (it was brand new). They were also very easy to schedule an appt, willing to work around you-- Not to mention they were half the price of what Leslie's quoted me!

We hired Blue River to make sure our pool in our new home was closed correctly. The guys who came were quick, efficient, and explained everything to me. They made sure I understood what they fixed and why they fixed it. Being a first time pool owner it was comforting to know that our pool would be safe for the winter.
