Blue Rose was awesome. They assisted in redesigning the master bath. We had to reroute some plumbing, find the right materials to accomodate our design, then have Blue Rose come in and do the remodel. On time, within budget, and providing us a bathroom that really added value to our lives and the value to the home. We have used Blue Rose for other projects since. Trustworthy and Professional.

Blue Rose was fantastic! They did a complete remodel on our Master Bath. They gave us a competitive bid, stuck to it, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up every evening, and came every day till the job was finished. Changes were taken in stride. Answered all calls promptly. The finished product is outstanding!!!

It has taken me two years to write this review. At first, I was not going to write anything but now after the latest issue, I feel the need to let people know buyer beware! We hired Jered November 2017 to remodel our master bathroom; do a tub to full tile shower conversion, countertops, reface cabinets, mirror, etc. We wanted to start mid-February 2018. *No problem, Jered said, plenty of time.* Contacted him in December, 2017 to pick out the materials. We found out it was *typical* to get no response from Jered for days. Not a good business practice. Finally, hear from him, he is moving and just too busy, and says again plenty of time to pick out materials. We can do it in early January. Contact Jered and again, days go by with no response. He finally responds at 9 am on a Saturday that he is available at 11 that morning. We had to arrange our day so we could pick out the stuff to start the next month. He shows up late and brings his son. I like children, but this was not something you bring a small child and it was a total distraction. Jared started out job mid-February and ASSURED me it would be done in 2 weeks. I know jobs go longer and since we both work, I made arrangements for someone to come to our home while the work was being done. Again, he told me 2 weeks. The job was not done in 2 weeks, was not even half completed in 2 weeks.  We are not sure what his worker, Raphael did all day. We would come home and look at the shower and it did not look like he did any work. Jered was MIA most of the time, had to get home to his wife, had no idea his worker did not show up at the house until 11 most days to work because of a car situation, etc., excuse after excuse. We put more than half down to start the job, 2 weeks into the job, when it was not even half completed, I got a text at 4 AM asking for more money! He had to pay more people; figured we better do it or our bathroom would never get finished.  Mid-March is was *completed* on a Friday night. Jered once again had to leave because his wife needed him at home and said it would be finished that night (this was at 6:30 pm). His worker, Raphael, told us some lame excuse about the grout being too wet and having to set so he could seal it (it was all in one sealing grout) he was done and wanted to go home, I would too at 8 PM on a Friday night but he did not get to the house until 11 that morning. Texted Jered and was shocked to get a response the next morning. He had NO idea the job was not done and would send someone out to finish (no sign of Jered). Two guys showed up and were furious!  they had no idea that the job was this unfinished and had to make a trip to the home maintenance store to get supplies and rent equipment. Think they were at the house around 6 hours and the job was still not done right. We were tired and exhausted having to deal with Jered. No one cleaned up the remodeling mess, WE DID! Took us 3 hours to clean up the mess and NO word from Jered, took him a week to contact us. The shower floor still *had issues and wish not we filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.* Jered finally came out, 3 weeks after completion with more workers to try and fix the floor. We were tired and just let it go. He did take some money off for our inconvenience but I would rather have had the shower I dreamed of. Now, 2 years later, the rain head shower head is leaking and peeling, should not be doing this after 2 years. Jered gave me no paperwork on it for any type of warranty. I texted him, he said he would look and let me know. That was 10 days ago, not holding my breath! Sorry, this is so long, the process of remodeling with Jered was a long and horrible experience.

Very pleased with how quickly they responded and scheduled the job. The work was excellent.

Prompt, reliable, neat

Jered is fantastic to work with! I knew what the cost would be before work started, and he maintained good communication with me the whols time. The bathroom looks great! Jered is a honest guy.

Price was right, did the job when I needed it done, showed expert craftsmanship I was very impressed with his skill.

Two bathrooms were remodeled by Blue Rose. The crew did a great job and went out of their way to minimize inconvenience to us. Our project was delayed by slow delivery of bathroom cabinets. Although the delay was annoying the cabinet quality and the excellent job of matching existing cabinet design and finish, to us, made up for the wait.

The on-site crew was easy to work with and very respectful of the property.

One of the best companies I have ever worked with regarding quality of work, professionalism.

The entire crew was pleasant to work with and helpful. Always there with an answer and wiling to do "just that little bit more".

Todd Pippin was very forthright and every thing was handled professionally from start to finish.

job was said to be comnplete in 1 day and took 2 1/2 days. the job looks good but I am awaiting the rain. Price was about right and they worked with us alright.

When other pro failed to reply to request as he said he would, we called Blue Rose at 7 in the morning to meet ins. adjuster at 930. This was our first contact with Blue Rose. The owner was out of stas te on business but sent his supervisor, Matt, who represented us well and worked with us throughout the entire roofing process. Great company! Professional, honest and respectful. We don't believe we would have been awarded the insurance settlement without Matt's superior representation. Thanks!

Jered is a very honest Contractor. He goes above and beyond to please his clients. Quality work and a very fair price.

Jerrod is very professional and responded to my need to have my roof leak repaired and drwall fix very quickly which made me extremely happy. The people he works with to help with the repairs were all very nice and did a great job. Thanks Jerrod for all your help!

The complete project was A+ from initial contact to post project follow-up. In fact, I hired Blue Rose Home Improvements for a second project..

I moved to the area and went on-line to get a contractor. I am so glad I chose Blue Rose since they provided everything I wanted and more. They ran my complex project (complete home renovation) while I was at work and I received a very competitive deal with no hassle. Jered is honest and hard working and I am very pleased with the job done. I would refer them to anyone and am lucky I chose Blue Rose.

Bid has been accepted and we are awaiting the installation. The window required has not been received by Blue Rose due to a delay on behalf of Home Depot. No fault of Blue Rose. We will complete another experience note when the job is completed. 2nd review, very pleased with the owner and quality of his work. Overall, we are very pleased with his project and would use him again if further work is needed. 4 Stars only reflect the lack of complete clean up and an error on the garage cut out work for the AC unit. Very nice owner and enjoyed his interest in the job.
