Roof Cleaning Service
Website indicates they are licensed and insured. Ask for proof of both and make copies. Zach did a nice job cleaning our roof, but he damaged: 1) plants, 2) outdoor cable box, and 3) gutters/soffits. He offered to help with the first 2 items, but never provided a resolution on the gutters/soffits. They are now permanently streaked, and need to be replaced. We suggested he turn this into his insurance company, but he refused. We will be pursuing legal action against this 'licensed' and 'insured' business.

The job of washing the roof was fine. In the process, he killed several plants and damaged our lanai screen. He was willing to pay for the plants but not the screen. We had just had the screen repaired, so we know it was fine before he arrived. He was very kind, but we could not come to an agreement.

"Mr. Gary H First off I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. I strive to satisfy every customer I work for. Unfortunately we got hurricane wind damages and I explained to you some of the foliage has wind burn from the storm prior and was willing to even replace it to satisfy you. The screen lanie also had prior damage to it from hurricane Ian as well. I explained to you that I was not even capable of touching them due to us using a soft wash system to clean the roof and showed you the prior damage all across the screens from the 144mph winds. I offered to send a company to repair sections and you responded to me that you want every."

Zach and his crew were punctual, polite & clean. I was pleased that they left no mess, as past companies have left me more of a headache than anything. I had Precision knock out my roof, my windows & my walls - all look immaculate compared to prior. Overall, Iâ m extremely pleased with Precision, as they did what I envisioned and more. Great experience. Posted for an exterior painting project. Zach responded quickly and followed through throughout. Workmen showed up on time and did a great job. I had a bit of trouble matching the original paint (through no fault of Feel the Pressure). They worked with me repeatedly until the job was right. They seemed to care abut getting it right as much I did ! Highly recommend!

Very communicative. Due to Hurricane , the cleaning materials providers did not have in stock but Zach kept me updated and informed until they were able to get the materials and able to come do the work. Very responsible.
