Had a hard time finding somebody to clean our clogged gutters with toppers. This company didnâ t have a problem with doing it.

Got an email saying the start time for the job would be 8:30 - 4:30. But email also said ;Due to traffic and other conditions, start time might be an hour before or after this. (WHAT?) My Pro arrived at 9:42 and called me from the driveway to open the garage door (at my offer). I promptly opened the door and she was eating her breakfast. I showed her around the house and set expectations and got out of her way. We have a large house which is already pretty clean and tidy. I was looking for that little extra that I don't normally do (like baseboards, blinds, floors) as well as the basics. The Pro did well on basics like vacuuming and bathroom counters. I was disappointed that the microwave was untouched, many of the baseboards were untouched; shower stalls not cleaned -- specifically the glass doors, many of the blinds were left dusty, floors were not mopped but rather sprayed and then with a swifter mop; she hand wiped the bathroom floors (which might be ok ??) and then talked on her phone (while vacuuming and cleaning) the entire last hour. For $320 I felt like I was overpaying; I feel like I got $125-150 worth of work. She was gone by 1:45pm. All in all, the work was average, but not complete to my expectations. Initial customer service on the phone was friendly and accomodating.

Performance was terrible. Screens were extra, which I knew, but the crew that came was not provided with the correct information that I wanted inside and outside cleaned, plus screens. They removed the screens and started cleaning them on my mulch flower beds, leaning against bushes. The person did not know how to work my twist nozzle, so he laid the hose down on the mulch, shooting mulch into my grass. I stopped him and ended up washing the screens myself. They literally only cleaned the glass. Nearby cobwebs on the outside were left untouched. Window seals were not included and they did not touch, which completely defeated my reason for having them clean the inside. As they were leaving they told me seals were extra, which I would have paid, but they refused to do the work. They were aware that I had already called their office to complain, so said they wanted to leave as soon as the scheduled work was complete. I'll never use them or HomeAdvisor again.

On time and friendly

Very young, enthusiastic team! Excellent work in the areas where work was performed, such as the kitchen ceiling and floor and the master bath. I had purchased the "deep clean" service. As a diabled vet, bilateral foot amputee, and a senior citizen, I was looking to get my home squared away. Unfortunately, many other areas were missed or not completed. Window cleaning, failed to adequately clean the frames and sills inside and out, dirt remaining in the corner of the track ways that spread as windows are opened and closed. Garage and breezeway windows appeared to have been missed altogether. Glass on the front door were excellent, but again, frames, sills, and the door itself where not cleaned inside and out. Cobwebs were missed in all areas of the house. The carpet was vacuumed but areas under and behind furniture was missed. Cobwebs behind bookcases, etc, was missed altogether. I wasn't sure if carpet cleaning was included in the "deep clean" package, so the carpet was left with wicking stains, drink spill stains, pet urine stains, etc. My fault that i did not make wishes clear. I asked that the refridgerator be cleaned inside and out, the cabinets too, but only outsides of the washer, dryer, stove, and dishwasher. This was not done nor was cleaning done on the floors and walls where the movable appliances are located

Tiffany & Maddie did an initial whole house cleaning. They did an excellent job. The house looked great !

The cleaning help is unhappy and complains about working for the company. A different person and cleaning crew comes each time. The company denies issues and problems and refused acknowledge the damage caused by their cleaning crew to my custom area rug. They also have broken art and crystal but denied the event.

The company had a lot of staff turnover and hit or miss quality of cleaning. I increased the fee to allow cleaners to have more time in my home as I don’t think they assigned the right amount of time to clean. Still wasn’t satisfactory, with basics being missed.. I have switched to another weekly company that is similar price to the original cost and is MUCH better. I’ve had cleaning services for weekly for over 15 years, and these were the poorest I’ve had.

It's wonderful to have a team that you can count on.

They came exactly when they said they would show up, and they covered everything they included in their email.

They were very professional and did a great job.

Elissa & Hailey are a terrific team. They are punctual, fast moving and thorough.

There cleaning personnel were inconsistent. I complained and 1 time they sent someone else back out. But certainly not every time.

They did what was expected only thing I would like is if they picked up small nonvaluable objects and dust under them but know why they would not risk that
