I was finally contacted by the company owner, apparently he was having voice mail issues. Owner came out and resolved the issue quickly and professionally! He also offered me upgrades at a better price! Part of the issue was my fault as I choose not to use gutter protection. Thanks Batista!!

BLUE SKIES UNLIMTED COINSTRUCTION is a typical Florida construction company that only cares about profit margins and has terrible craftsmanship! They installed a **SIMPLE 40** of straight gutter on my home last October of 2020. A few weeks later the new gutter leaked from one end and had huge light leaks from between the roof and gutter. Blue Skies came out and **supposedly** repaired the issue, however, the technician was not happy about the repair work and was mishandling the new gutter and bent it to the point that it had noticeable damage. After they left, I went up on a ladder and to inspect and found two clips that were left on the roof and not attached. From that view I further noticed the bent and twisted 40 span which had me further concerned. Fast forward to June 2021, with the heavy rains the gutter is useless as it does not catch the water instead flow over creating a waterfall effect on my back patio!?! USELESS gutter, and worse a terrible company that will not return my numerous phone calls nor cares about their work after collecting their overpriced fee. This issue if not resolved will create additional roof system problems! If you value your home DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE SKIES UNLIMTED COINSTRUCTION!!

Everyone from Blue Skies Construction was fantastic! We recently had a house built in Dover, several subcontractors were used in the process. I can honestly say that we havenâ t received this type of amazing customer service from ANY of the other companies. Not only were they prompt, but incredibly relIable when it came to time lines, estimates and follow through. If you are a homeowner you know exactly what Iâ m talking about. The owner was gracious with his time and his staff were 10 star! No left over trash, litter, or signs of construction. I canâ t rate them highly enough with only 5 stars. We will definitely be using them for any future projects.

The work was done as planned and they even proceeded even though I wasn't home for the install. They do a number of housing jobs so I intend to use them on future projects plus they gave me a military discount, thanks guys.

We got off to a slow start because of the rain, but he came back within the same week as the Contract Date. The mitered corners of the gutters are lacking and we recommend that more attention be made to this area, however we are satisfied with the overall experience and price.

Worst costumer service experience. i ended with gutters that are leaking in some spots. i do not want anything to do with this company ever again, and i have photos to proof this bad job

Finished job in a timely fashion.

Told us they could install seamless gutters. They did not know-how. My husband brought mistakes to their attention and they could not fix them. We are now paying another company to remove and replace the gutters Sadly, lots of time and money wasted.

I am very happy with my gutters. GREAT local company. Gutters were quoted and installed in less than a week of contacting them. The price was very fair. Everyone was kind and professional. We will definitely be calling them again for any other work we need done.
