They were contracted to put a new HVAC Furnace in my attic in 2018. The home insurance company who contracted them requires that they pull city permits so an inspector can make sure the job is up to code. Blue Sky Heating and Air did not pull the necessary permits. They sawed through a roof support beam in my attic to fit a furnace that was too large for the space because they failed to measure the space before ordering a unit. The roof could collapse as is because of how shallow they sawed the support beam to fit the furnace. I didn't catch this until the unit failed and I had to have a new system put in. The HVAC guys who put in my unit told me my home would fail a code inspection because of what they did. The total cost to fix their damage is upwards of $2,000, beyond the $16,000 it's costing to put in a new system because of them. I called to ask why they hadn't pulled permits, I was hung up on and my code complaint officer told me they filed for a permit today, 7 years later.

I work nights and getting tech here wound up being easier than I expected and cost for getting heat and AC up and running was beyond worth it!!! Probably need to update and change my thermostat but one thing at a time, luckily I had a spare so the backup that got fried was quickly swapped out. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of help

We wanted our R22 freon which had leaked out to be refilled in our old AC with R422B and the leak sealant which they did.

They care about the customer and went above and beyond to fix an extremely old air conditioner knowing this was not the best time during covid-19 for us to purchase a new system. I will recommend them to all our family and friends. Thank you Blue Sky for all you do. You are one in a million!!!

Replaced fan and capacitor on 25 yr old central A/C condenser. Not an easy task due to parts availability issues for such an old system. Once he haf the parts needed, the Blue Sky technician had it fixed in 30 minutes, and he and all others I dealt with at blue sky were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and punctual.

They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. The work was done in a timely manner, and the price was fair. They even registered the warrantee on my new system.

What started as a routine HVAC damper replacement quickly became a much larger problem that had to be diagnosed and taken care of. It was a tricky diagnosis that involved figuring out that several wiring elements had been wired incorrectly. It ended up taking several hours longer to make the repair which they did at no extra cost to me. Blue Sky is awesome!

They called me right away and came out the next morning. They did a phenomenal job. I was so impressed and satisfied with their services.
