Michellle was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. With the mold not being visible on walls she was able to show me where the mold was growing and made suggestions as to how to get rid of it and to make changes to the home. I would recommend her to anyone.

Outstanding professionalism and knowledge. Inspected my apartment and went the extra yard to insure I fully understood what was being looked for and followed up with a phone call as the Lab results came in dangerously high. Also unlike the other team I almost hired Michelle used an infra red high tech device to inspect inside the walls for wet spots. Aside from the standard Lab results she forwards a letter explaining it all in laypersons terminology so for the money you get the best of both worlds.

The mold remediation work is being rectified by gutting out the house and washing all remaining material with a bleach and water solution. We were planning on gutting the house after the remediation, but the remediation won't be necessary . We learned there is mold everywhere in our environment all the time. As long as the house remains dry, well insulated and moisture proofed, mold cannot survive or spread. Blue Sky was planning on doing a thorough job for us and we appreciate it.

Blue Sky Inspections is a well run company that exceeded my expectations. They were dependable and reliable as well as prompt and patient in explaining test results and procedures. Blue Sky Inspections is so trustworthy. I felt so comfortable with them that I shared my alarm code and authorized Michelle to enter and lock-up after testing. She was available to me both on the telephone and in house visits, even on Labor Day weekend! I give my highest recommendation to Blue Sky Inspections and although I do not hope to need air quality testing again, I strongly advise anyone that does to use them immediately.
