Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on our experience ? they took our 50% deposit and ghosted us. We paid $2,500 for the required engineering blueprints on July 18, 2026, and paid Blue Sky Mobile Home Installation & Repairs a $6,000 deposit on July 24, 2026, for the home-raise portion of our project. Our signed agreement specifically states that the contractor (Blue Sky Mobile Home Installation & Repairs) is responsible for obtaining the necessary permit(s). Needless to say ? the project has still not moved forward, and our engineer has been unable to finalize the blueprints because he has been waiting for the contractor?s (Blue Sky Mobile Home Installation & Repairs) response and cooperation. We have now spent more than a week repeatedly attempting to contact @Shane Claycomb (owner of Blue Sky Mobile Home Installation & Repairs) by phone, voicemail, text, email, and Facebook without receiving a single response.
