I used them last year and was satisfied with the work when they reconnected my rooftop antenna. Within a month I stopped receiving a signal, but I didn't do anything about it because of numerous obligations pressing my time. I tried to reconnect with the company in March with only marginal success. I resubmitted a request through Home Advisor this spring, and Blue Sky came up as the top link. I called the number, talked to one of the managers, and requested an appointment. Later, several voice mail messages were unreturned. I kept trying to reach them, because I wanted the antenna verified, and another project I wanted them to do (LAN) outlets in the house. I finally reached Bobby, who told me how busy the company was. I'm grateful he is blessed with business, and told him so. I also told him he should have called me, left me a message that "I'm not interested in your business..." He said "it's not like that." I had scheduled an appointment online on one of the few dates this year (2017) that is available to me, and not tied up. I called Bobby and told him, and he said this date was far enough in the future that he could make it. This morning, he called me at 8:33 for a 9 am appointment, and said he "couldn't make it" and wanted me to figure out when I want him back. I have very few options available. Unfortunately, this company has forced me to write this review. If they want it changed, then they MUST contact me, and set up an appointment with me when I can accommodate them. My time is highly limited. I have very few days available.
