The entire process was easy from the door selection and ordering to the installation. The doors arrived earlier than promised and were installed in a few hours. The installers were professional and cleaned up everything and hauled away the old doors. The quality of the doors is better than we expected. We are very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience getting windows replaced on the back side of our house. The price was within our budget and we didn't have to haggle on pricing. The windows were ready in the expected time frame and installation only took a few hours. They cleaned up everything and left our house in great shape. We will definitely be using Blue Springs Siding and Windows for future projects!

We hired Blue Springs Siding and Windows to install new insulated vinyl siding, fascia, soffits, and gutters on our house. We talked to A LOT of different companies and chose Blue Springs. They werenâ t the least expensive but the quality of their products more than justified the slightly higher price. When it comes to something as important as the entire outside of your house, cheap isnâ t a good idea. You get what you pay for and Blue Springs more than delivered especially when you factor in the lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. The crew that worked on our house was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would and worked 10 - 12 hour days to complete our project far more quickly than we had anticipated. The before and after pictures of our house are absolutely amazing!

East to work with, not pushy

The windows came in early which was great. The crew that took out and installed 17 windows did the work in 2 days! The crew was respectful, professional and worked hard. They cleaned up everything. The experience couldn't have been better.

The crew that worked on our house were wonderful. They were absolute perfectionist. Every time they put a new panel on they were checking it with a level. They worked long hours and did it with smiles on their faces. The life time workmanship warranty means we will never have to worry about the outside of our house again.

We decided to replace the windows in our home. We researched local companies, and decided to contact Blue Springs Siding & Windows. The sales rep came to do a demonstration, and after this was complete, we had decided to make the investment in all new windows throughout our entire home! The installers were GREAT, the sales rep helped, and got us answers for all of our questions in a timely manner. The windows have been GREAT! Our home faces the West, and the new windows have cut down on the afternoon heat considerably! Our home also sits off a busy street, and the traffic noise has decreased quite a bit as well with these new windows! This was a very good investment for our home.

Work has been completed and am very happy with the new Prodigy vinyl siding. There were issues along the way that were resolved to my satisfaction.

I wish the workers spoke English, but I can't fault them for their work. They were very hard workers and cleaned up at the end of the day even though it was dark when they finished. For unknown reasons my nine window project only had eight windows on first installation. Had do wait for the last window to be delivered weeks later. I had two different crews working on two different days. Both crews were great other than the communication problem. I love the windows and would recommend this company to anyone in the market for new windows.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone based on my experience with them. When I signed a contract with them the last week in May, 2017, I was told it would be about 6 weeks before they could get started. I could live with that. Then, when the owner came to look at what the job would entail (probably about 6 weeks later), he told me it would be another 6 weeks before they could get started. I have made several calls to them periodically to check the status of the project, at one point inquiring about having windows added. I decided against that option at this time. When I called to check on the status about 3 weeks ago, the project manager told me they were trying to get a truck loaded, and it would hopefully be the following week. When I called to check on the status of my project last week (Oct.13, 2017), the project manager didn't even want to talk to me about it, she said the owner was in a meeting and she would have him call me as soon as he got out. At almost closing time he had not called back, so I called again, and was told that he hadn't even been in the office that afternoon. I was given his cell phone # and called and left him a message. This morning (the following Monday), he called and told me that my project had been put on hold when I was simply asking how much it would cost to have windows added to the project, and had never been resumed. That's been probably a month ago. I told him they should not have put the project on hold. He told me it would now be another 30 days before they were ready to start my project. I told him I want out of the contract I signed with them and want something in writing to that effect. He agreed.
