Called them because my A/C was not working. They told me they were booked 2 weeks out in the hottest of days. I thought that might happen and waited the two weeks. Someone had recommended them. After booking my appt. Two other friends had also used them. The serviceman was punctual, professional and checked different areas Including the filter because sometimes people just forget about them. He told me what the problem was, he had the part and the price out the door. I chose them because of the recommendations and I was afraid I would get a company that may just tell me anything because it was so hot and I was desperate.
