I had pool guys before them that never did the work they do. My hot tub never flowed as good as it does now. When they first came out to maintain my pool/hot tub they got it flowing properly. Right off the bat, he took the motor apart, fixed it and I never seen the flow any better. It has improved the maintenance completely. It is all better, they solved a problem I did not know I had. They are great at communication, very honest. They are amazing at diagnosing, he did not come out and say it could be this, this and this and we will start here. He knows his job. They are very fare with pricing and they value the customer satisfaction. I felt very comfortable as a customer, I trust them and still feel like that. If I can give them a 10 I would. They did great work.
