Eased my fears about a possible scam from another company. Showed me what was going on and what should have been done to my unit! Sean-Paul showed me a lot about my unit....and being a widow of a veteran, it good to know that there's honest people still in the world!

The service man showed up late and the problem never was fixed. They did not have a problem billing us though. So, in other words, I shelled out almost $200.00 for nothing! The problem never fixed and phone calls never returned. VERY UNHAPPY with the service and results. I will be letting others know about my experience!
Response by Blue Water Climate Control: Dawn, thank you for the review. Our showtimes are windows of time. Sean showed up well within that window. I apologize for not communicating the window well when we scheduled the appointment. When we showed, we found that your unit was running but was low on refrigerant. We added refrigerant and the unit started cooling while we were there. We then billed you for the refrigerant. Later, your husband called, and we returned that same day and determined that your compressor is going out. It was working intermittently. I spoke to your husband the next day. I didn't have any missed calls or messages from you over the weekend. I left you a voicemail yesterday. I called again today and spoke to your husband. I sent him prices for the repair and for replacement. If there is anything else I can do, please do not hesitate to call me directly. - Jeremy

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
replaced hvac system, installation went smoothly but had a issue w/ new thermostat, returned to fix within 24 hours. Sorry I did not mention the Sport Monster from IHeart radio for promotional discount but they did honor a 5% military discount.

Project: Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents
We wanted to support this "veteran owned" business, so we gave them a try even though they're a newer business. We feel they did a good job, were very personable and were very eager to please. They took off their shoes or used booties- a MUST for us because of light colored carpet! We had an AC "check up" at the same time as the duct cleaning and the technician seemed very knowledgeable and happy to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing . There were two things that we felt could have been improved upon (these are more "productive customer feedback" comments than complaints). While they used a shop vac to clean up around the vents as they worked on them, they didn't get ALL the debris that was left in the area. Not such a big deal on our wood floors, we just vacuumed up the residual as they moved on. But the carpet on the lower level was a bit of a problem because any leftover debris could easily stain. The second thing actually goes along with the first (and I think because they're a newer business they just haven't encountered all the possible scenarios yet), but because of how our house is laid out, they couldn't work on the vents downstairs without moving their equipment down there too. That meant that their dirty hoses (the main part of their cleaning process) would have to drag along the light carpet. Luckily I had moving blankets, towels and runners at my disposal and made sort of a "carpet trail" for them to drag the hoses along. So bringing along a few tarps "just in case" would easily solve the issue if they encounter it again! But overall we were very happy with the duct cleaning and the AC inspection. We would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend this company to others. The "caveats" were for perspective customers in case they wanted to make some preparations before the technicians start their work!
