first he showed up a day ahead of schedule. fortunately I was available. He added on more work than I wanted to get paid more. In addition, I never received my invoice, for which he promised to send by email.but I paid him for the work. I would not recommend Blue Waters.

My apologies for the previous rant. Although Blue Water cost me considerable angst, they finally showed up and installed the roll outs. I think there was a major scheduling snafu, but they have redeemed themselves. I plan to schedule several additional projects in the near future.

They are very professional at what they do, and are flexible to the customer's needs. I had to stop the work a few times for personal reasons. This, obviously, affects their schedule, and the terms of the contract, but they were understanding of the situation and were flexible in that sense. I have already recommended them once and the were awarded a contract because of my recommendation.
