Our bathroom turned out beautifully. They did fantastic detail work and was as concerned about the final product as we were. We will definitely be using them again in the future and referring our friends.

Gronvold Construction has been very helpful with our project. They are currently working through the completion - we are somewhat at a stand still due to our homeowners association regulations. We look forward to working with Gronvold - once our homeowners association completes their business. Service Magic as a whole was very helpful with this entire project.

The initial tub surround was installed a week late and was not put in correctly. We had air pockets and a crack in the Formica. We asked for a manager to come out and take a look at the final product since we were not happy. They were very understanding and had someone else tear out the tub surround and install a new one in its place. The second time around the work was completed very fast and extremely well. But that still doesn't leave me with the greatest feeling for the overall quality of the company. I rate them a B.
