We hired Blue Water to install a whole house water softening system Sergio was the installer who came out to our home, and was very professional. He explained the system and answered any and all of our questions. He also did a water test and explained what would be helpful for our water needs. Sergio was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would say Sergio went above and beyond for us. Not only does Blue Water have great products they have great employees working for them. We would definitely recommend Blue Water and Sergio to others

The installation tech (Sergio) was fantastic. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on the third party system that I purchased. Sergio was also able to instruct me on the operation and upkeep of the system. He was very respectful throughout and cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend him and will be keeping his number for any future work needed.

Sergio was great. He explained the system thoroughly, tested my water twice, checked my garden fountain and suggested how to clean the mineral deposits from it, studied where to put the system to be the most efficient and unobtrusive, cleaned up afterward, and answered all my questions. I live alone and appreciated him not selling me a system that was more than I needed. Because of his demeanor and knowledge I felt confident in the purchase I was making. My only disappointment with this company is that I did not receive the 20% discount offered on their website for first-time customers.

I spent a good amount of time researching water softeners and filters. Blue Water's prices are spot on and their installation fee is among the best. I am very pleased with the kindness, professionalism and responsiveness of Sergio. He comes across as very hard working and with a high degree of customer satisfaction focus. The installation team was courteous and they kept my yard and house clean during the process. Definitely recommend Blue Water as your source for all water purification needs.

Took three tries to meet the appointment

Sergio was great and had a lot of knowledge that helped my family decide what exactly we needed. We went with a RO system in the kitchen and love it. Exactly what we wanted to accomplish from this project. I had a Sunday emergency leak we noticed under the sink. Come to find out this leak had nothing to do with their install, but was from my dishwasher. Sergio, offered to come out and help immediately. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

I bought whole house water softener system and RO. Sergio from BlueWater came in explained everything clearly and did a very work installing the systems. Though it took couple of trips as we had to cut thru sheet rock for water lines, he was very professional, friendly and I will recommend him/Blue water.

I was contacted by Sergio after I was looking for the under the sink water purifying system on Angies List / Home Advisor. It was such a pleasure working with Sergio. He gave a very tempting and excellent price for the whole house system that I couldn't refuse. The person who installed the system for us (Raul) was the most professional person I have seen in this business.
