We bought our home last April and looked into different pool services but decided to continue service from Blue Water Pools & Spas since they had been servicing the pool for the last several years. The quality of service we receive from our technician Christian has been awesome. He has maintained our pool to the highest standard and we are very pleased. The owner Jeff Mease really cares about his customers. He calls frequently to see if I'm happy with the job his staff is doing. Levi is the one that takes care of my pool and not only does he do an excellent job but his extremely pleasant each time I meet up with him. In fact, one day I had a large object in my car I couldn't move and Levi happily assisted with a smile. Great company, wonderful owner and terrific staff

We are VERY VERY pleaed with the services Jeff (owner of Blue Water Pools & Spas) has provided. Considering the fact that when I called him a a few months ago to come look at our pool to see if it was even fixable and he assured me he would have it Blue and ready to swim in within 5 weeks. He did an amazing job and I am very impressed !!! Due to Having two boys playing ball/allstars last season we didn't have the time to maintain our pool, needless to say it was BLACK, no lie(shame on us). However we now have a clean and clear blue pool. I highly suggest this company .

Jeff was the first person to call me for pool service - he made an immediate visit to my home to assess the job, gave me a great price and my pool looks amazing - he also makes a follow up call after each visit, if necessary, but always leaves me a detailed summary of services provided. "Although we cannot dictate how someone feels, this comment is unjust in our opinion. Lizzie contacted us directly to say she was displeased with us. 2 of the 3 complaints turned out to be her error. She did not keep the water in the pool to the proper level and she accused us of breaking something which she retracted once she realized it was not us. The last complaint was about leaving behind some DE powder on her pool deck. We rinsed the pool deck and did a thorough inspection before we left the property and did not notice anything. If there was still powder left behind, all she had to do was call us and we would have resolved the situation."
