Had a couch cleaned by this company and it was ruined. The couch smelled like it had been in a fire after they were done. We had the owner come out to see what happened. He was prompt at first until he found out it wouldn't be covered by insurance then he blocked most of our calls and attempts to get in contact with him. Our money for the cleaning was never even refunded. The owner told us his upholstery cleaner must have malfunctioned and burned our couch and told us he would fix it. He came over and cleaned the couch with cold water which he agreed didn't work and once again told us he would take care of it which has never happened. We are still out our money and have a couch that needs fixing with no response from the owner. Very unprofessional.

He was very accommodating and got out a number of stains that I didn't think could be removed.

I wanted to bring in a contractor to deep clean my carpets. I felt confident after speaking with Matt, the owner, over the phone and he assured me that he used chemicals that were effective & safe for my pets and kids. He had an employee come to my home that was there and gone within 2 hours to do 2 rooms. When I returned home from work I ran my shampooer over the middle of the main room on the rinse cycle and the water was opaque and brown. I sent the picture to Matt who said he would be by the next evening to do the job himself. I received a TEXT from Matt 1/2 hr before he was supposed to arrive saying he would be there 2 DAYS LATER.
